Stretching for Life: Special workshop w/ Yoga Mat

Thu, Aug 29 or Dec 5 or Jan 9  11:00 am – Noon< You know that stretching is good for you, but do you know how to do it properly?  This special workshop will focus on safely lengthening and elongating your muscles for fitness and everyday functioning. You will learn to. extend your limbs, lengthen and relax muscles, and move joints through their range of motion to enhance muscle and joint flexibility, reduce risk of injury, and improve your quality of life. Taught by Ferdouse Sultana. Free Yoga Mat given with each registration.  Choose one date  - Aug 29, Dec 5 or Jan 9 $7 requested donation Wear comfortable shoes and clothes. Can be done in chair or on mat.  Bring a mat if you desire.
