In this unique cooking class, you’ll learn to prepare an array of international finger foods, sweets, and teas, perfect for hosting your own global-themed tea party. Our experienced instructor, Jessica McMullen, will guide you through each recipe, sharing tips and techniques to ensure your dishes are both delicious and beautifully presented. The menu will include:
British cucumber sandwiches, Italian bruschetta, Greek spanakopita, French mini quiches, American mini scones with jam and clotted cream, Japanese mochi butter cake, Chinese almond cookies, and Brazilian brigadeiros. In addition to these recipes, class topics will include tea brewing techniques as well as presentation and serving tips.
