Tallahassee Senior Center Refund Policy
Effective Date: Monday, November 04, 2024
Programs/classes/trips canceled by TSC will either be re-scheduled or fully refunded.
If the re-scheduled date does not work for a registered participant, a full refund will be given.
Pre-registered classes/programs/trips:
Refunds will only be given if notice of cancelation is received within 3 working days before the event.
The cost of purchased supplies (this mostly affects art classes/workshops), will be deducted from any refund.
No refunds for any activities costing $10 or less.
Discretion for exceptional circumstances (e.g., emergency/medical situations/change in circumstances, etc.) can be made by the program administrator/supervisor.
Program Cards:
Refunds for program cards (e.g. art/activity cards) can be requested when the individual will be unable to use the card, for financial hardship, or for a change in circumstances. Any classes/activities attended using the card will be deducted from the refund at the full suggested donation amount.
