Join us for a culinary journey around the world as we explore the flavors and techniques of four diverse chicken soups and the essential foundation of chicken stock. In this hands-on class, you will learn to create delicious and authentic soups from different cultures, each with its unique twist and taste. Our experienced instructor, Jessica McMullen, will guide you through each recipe, ensuring you gain the skills and confidence to recreate these dishes at home. Learn to make the following: Avgolemono, a classic Greek soup featuring a silky blend of chicken, rice, egg, and lemon. Tom Kha Gai, a fragrant chicken coconut soup from Thailand. Caldo de Pollo from Mexico, which is packed with vegetables, tender chicken, and aromatic herbs. Chicken and Corn Coup which features delicate and comforting flavors of China. The foundation of many great soups is a well-made chicken stock. You will learn how to prepare a rich and flavorful stock from scratch, using quality ingredients and proper techniques to extract the maximum depth of flavor. This versatile stock will be the base for our soups and a valuable addition to your culinary repertoire. Join us for this exciting class and expand your cooking horizons with these delicious and diverse chicken soups from around the globe! Appetizer, salad, and dessert will also be provided.
