Therapeutic Healing Touch

Senior Summer Camp (In the Spring)
Monday, April 7 through Friday, April 11
Join us for a week of fun and creative outdoor adventures for active adults. Programs will include guided nature hikes, hay ride, kayaking on the Wacissa River, basket weaving workshop, evening bonfire with live music, Wakulla Springs boat tour, IMAX experiences, picnics, and more. Some lunches and some transportation included. Times are 9 am – 3 pm daily, plus a Wednesday evening bonfire.

Intro to QiGong: Special 2-week Series

Qi gong is a moving meditation that will help you experience the pleasure of breath energy in the body. Exercises synchronizing breath/body movement help blood pressure, balance, mood, immune support, energy, and cancer as well as other issues.
